Interesting, I always wondered the same thing so thanks for asking the question and thanks to folks for posting what they know. Like most things in aviation, the state of the installed base appears to be well behind the state of the art because of the long cycle times of systems from design to certi...

Hard to offer the advice you need in an internet forum, but the key for me is to have fun with it. Some things to live by: 1.) The audience WANTS you to succeed in a presentation. Most will be pulling for you. 2.) YOU will be paying far more attention to the details and minor screw ups than they wil...

Frontier (Lynx) isn't even operating them yet. They're still sitting on the ramp at BJC. Rumor mill says they should be flying them by the first week of December, in time for the holidays.

Intereting thing about the PIC that landed this ship on the levee...it was the 2nd time he had saved his passengers from an emergency. What a teriffic outfit! She's a beautiful woman and it doesn't look like her clothes would get her in any trouble with the law in public. Anyone know how the cost structures of Aloha and Hawaiian compare to other airlines doing lots of short hops? It will take sustained cost pressure to get competitive with Go!, and eventually drive them out of the market. Go! doesn't have unlimited reserves.

Not pleased at all with the seat pitch change. At more than 6' 1", the extra inch in pitch makes a difference on a longer flight for me. I'll reserve final judgement for when I actually get to try them out, but for me the seat pitch was a deal maker. Losing that might make it a deal breaker and push...
