What Long Haul routes is Turkmenistan even doing? As far as I know and correct me if I am wrong, they don't even fly to the US. They can buy 3rd hand planes but there has to be a number of years on them, I always tend to forget the exact details, but that's how Mahan Air Got their A343 and A346.
The 789 or 359 would be perfect for GA, the 773 is too much plane for these routes. PR, VN & MH all use these aircraft on similar distance routes to LHR, from markets not dissimiliar to CGK. I have recently flown from Paris to Bangalore on an AF 777. This was so noisy. I hope AF will order more A350s to get rid of these 777. 2 months ago I flew Joon from Bombay to Paris and I had a pretty nice experience compared to the one on AF A330. At least the Joon aircrafts were refurbished, the seats were comfortable and there was IFE.
