Well if the yields are there AC could add a 77W to the route if needs be. This is a route that is covered under the A++ JV with UA no?

Re: UA announces SFO-DEL/MEL/YYZ; Expands AKL/AMS/PPT/ICN.

Does anyone know why EWR-ICN hasn't been selected as a new route in the past couple of years? I thought it would be a prime candidate once UA received 787s. A potential EWR-ICN flight would be challenging to sustain without strong feed from at least one end of the route, or strong premium travel de...

Re: Possibility of Air Canada expansion in the UK?

As much as id love to see the 7M8 open new routes for AC out of YYZ, isn’t the problem more of gate space in YYZ esp at T1 on the international side? Hence the need for the RV763s rather than narrow bodies? I think you’d more likely see YUL-Europe or Canada-Star Alliance Hub instead.

Re: Is Toronto Pearson YYZ At Maximum Capacity? Why No New Gates Added Yet Or Expansion At Terminal 1?

Terminal 1 for US border flights is horrible. Have not been to the AC terminal but here it's great. T1 is especially awful when on a US carrier regional. Lots of fun flying out of A6 in a tiny, floor level closet room. But rest of terminal, even with the OTG-themed restaurants, is cramped, narrow a...

It’s really hot in the plane, can you open my window? Can you call my connecting flight and tell them to hold the plane? Where is the toilet? "Why can’t they just board warm food?" How exactly is the food supposed to stay warm until it's served? When YVR-SFO had AC Rouge service (versus AC mainline) they loaded hot meals for J class in Vancouver. But by serving time, plates were barely luke-warm. My understanding is that food m...

They don't do SEA any longer as its been upgauged to A320.

But PDX is still on a E190 and not too long ago so was SLC before they cancelled the service.
