Thank you. In fact; according to the Washington Post article about the tragedy; Dr. Glinka was accompanying a shipment of medical supplies to a Children's Hospital. Well, Russian Air Force planes usually have to take a detour over the Caspian Sea towards Iran and via Iraq to Latakia. So that may exp...Jump to post
JayBCNLON; if you really truly believe that you have no knowledge of this situation and how people felt about Elisaveta. This is a woman who would go into war-ravaged areas to perform charity work. At a whopping 27 miles, is this segment (a tag-on) the shortest flight in the US? It seems like the shortest flight in the UA system.. but I might be wrong.
Based on the posts in a thread in 2005, noone named a current shortest flight..
I would love to see Tilton. Especially since *everybody* loves him and what he's doing for United ;]
I had an ex in Northern New York and I was in Moscow, Russia for a year. Although I never visited her for a weekend, my shortest trip was for 5 days up there. Doesn't Horizon have the best pay for the right seat though? I have to agree Republic belongs in the best list, or somewhere between best and average.
If you'd call Cape Air a regional, I'd def. place them in the best list, even though they're not 121 (except for those GUM ops)
idk, if we were on a 767 or 737 and we were rolling into position with no flaps, I'd get into the aisle and start screaming. I know that sounds frantic, but in the extremely unlikely event the pilots forgot, I'd rather risk arrest than risk petering out near the threshold.
Yeah their faces look very plastic -- but nonetheless, thumbs up to the cabbie! That is the life..Jump to post
