Starboard & Port are NOT used in North America, but are used in other parts of the world in aviation.

From watching a few videos, it seems as though the pilots must have seen it coming, #1's engine cowls for reverse thrust are open. Amazed the right wing is still intact.

Ya'll are getting terminology mixed up. I can tell you confidently there is NOT a deadhead agreement between WS and F8. They have to buy commercial tickets like the rest of us. Airlines buy tickets when there is no MIBA in place - the agreement between two airlines (part of ZED) for business travel....

For some reason, I've always thought that the Virgin-airlines consortia was ran more like a franchise type situation, whereby there are minimum standards that the Virgin group wants in its airline partners in order to use its name/images/etc... It was scheduled to open in November and with most of the hotels in SWFL practically ceasing to exist, there’s no way they’ll have demand like they did from these small cities. The way I read this is that customers can't CONNECT in LIN... not be restricted from LIN-HUB -> XYZ. But prevent DBV-LIN-XXX.

PBI doesnt have much of a customs facility, not sure they can handle a widebody from Europe. Ive only flown in & out on Bahamasair ATRs to Marsh Harbour though.

At one point, USAirways/Florida Gulf did Nassau, Freeport, Treasure Cay, and either Governors Harbour or North Eleuthera from PBI.

I didn't realize Air Wis operated the ATP, I thought it was only UFS. Interesting. UFS got their ATP's from United they were previously operated by Air Wisconsin.
