In delta's case thats the reason they created comfort+/basic economy etc and other segmentation initiatives. but right now it's not necessarily a simple binary decision. Hasn't boeing reduced production rates on the 787 for a 2nd time now? Wouldn't this translate into a buyer getting a better deal now than say a few years ago. It will be interesting to watch delta's eventual 767 replacement.

some are corrosive and some aren't. There are multiple different solutions out there. I can't say I personally know what chemical this plant uses. It's newer so I'm inclined to say it won't be.

I actually think the A320neo is a much safer bet. Airbus can combine more A321neo and A321neoLR and A220 as part of the deal. Commonality. As a medallion I sure hope they go this way. 737 is the worst.

I know its a long shot, but a flight from HVN to ATL would do very well and being an A220-100, it should work off the 5600 foot runway. Boeing doesn't even have board approval to offer the 797. The max issues only slow that down. I would think someday they will operate this plane, but I wouldn't expect anything in the short term on the 797.
