There were lots of airspace flow programs in effect all day to points south. There is a large line of weather transiting GA, AL and SC right now.

It all depends where you are headed.

Actually gate 68A can handle B762/763 as well as narrow bodies. T2 has several gates (23, 25, 26) that can handle 2 ADG-III and smaller, or one ADG-IV or larger. I don’t know why that’s not done at T5/T6. Did United or Continental ever use both jetways to board a 767-400 or a 767-300 at Gate 68A? 7...

KLM Radio Call Signs

KLM has a flight into SFO, KL605. They seem to use the call sign KL281. I have never seen a radio call sign so similar to the normal flight number. Is this a normal thing for KLM?

As compliance with the law however silly it may be keeps the airline out of legal trouble. The cost of producing the safety cards is far cheaper than whatever fine that could be imposed for non-compliance.

There are times the due to operational reasons an airline will request a flight get priority handling. This is generally due to crew legality or curfew. The order is generally determined by the departure fix and runway that the flight is departing from.

They have the same regulation. Aircraft with greater than 19 seats require a flight attendant. Every additional 50 passengers require an additional flight attendant.
