from what i have been told, the NEOs at Lufthansa are limited by a court order on behalf of the cabin crew union UFO. Something about "unbearable working conditions" in the small aft galley on flights exceeding 2.5 hrs or so....

Well, maybe the model is fine, but i don't put too much faith into the inner values of a product where the obvious items, i.e. the paint schemes are not correctly worked out, and imho those are easier to get right then the model or flight dynamics. You are right, English is not the only official language.

As far as i know, Russian, French and Chinese are also official ICAO Languages, Spanish maybe too, but i am not sure about that.
