Where are people getting that an announcement was today? The tweet stated rumors were circling of an announcement very soon, soon can mean many things not necessarily this week. Most of these potential routes are not starting in summer 2020, but potentially late fall/winter 20/21 (at least Oceania)...

CUR and SDQ can be incorporated into the POS KIN route. There is KIN CUR VFR traffic. I think that they are applying for KIN GCM, not KIN SDQ. Is there sufficient traffic between POS and HAV to sustain a flight out of POS instead of KIN? Yes, I do believe there's enough traffic. Not sure it was confirmed before, but Caribbean Airlines is now advertising POS-HAV with connections in POS from Guyana, Barbados and Grenada being facilitated.
No mention of KIN-HAV.
Flights start January 13th 2018 and are still subject to TTCAA Approval.
