Wow, didn't realize that AC exhausted almost all of their 800 series flight numbers. Even pre-Rouge (~2013) I don't believe this was close to happening. Very impressive how much the TATL network has been built up in less than a decade.

I thought BA pulled out completely from ICN and KIX, but they're still showing up in the GDS for March 27, 2022 and onwards. Is it just a matter of the system not being updated yet? Or do they actually plan to return?

The Star Alliance lounge at LAX TBIT is the best lounge I've used in the US. I believe it's run by Air New Zealand.
Excellent buffet spread and outdoor patio with runway views.

United Club at BOS has some decent runway views, too. Friendly staff but very basic food/snacks.

The biggest concern I have is the antitrust impact the KE/OZ merger would have on the KE/DL relationship. Remember the US (amongst other parties) has yet to approve KE/OZ. Outside of KE/DL the only other TPAC flights if the merger goes through would be a AA flight to DFW (daily prepandemic I think)...

Even at the height of tensions between Korea and Japan, Seoul-Tokyo had around 35x daily flights. Seoul-Osaka had close to 30x.

Seoul-Hong Kong, Bangkok had around 23x daily each and Seoul-Da Nang had around 20x daily.

Of course, due to COVID, these routes are down to 1-2x daily.
