ERJ Steering Question

We have a ERJ-145 Express-jet at our FBO, we want to move it, but there is no steering disconnection on the left-hand side of the plane, or anywhere around the side where is should be at. So my question is, can we move it or will it mess up the gear....

Nose Gear On A 747

Why is the nose gear on the 47 different then other boeing A/C.. Like the scissors bend outwards, and the 37, 77, and the 27 bend inwards. Does it have to do with the weight, or is it just the design???? I was just curious...
