Re: “Dear American Airlines, I Hate You With My Whole Heart.” writes disgruntled traveler

IF the customer was actually polite in handling this with agents on the phone it would have been nice if an exception was made on a human to human basis. BUT this traveler isn’t entitled to being the exception to clearly outlined rules and it’s possible they didn’t handle it well on the phone given ...

Re: Passenger on AA from KIN-MIA asked to deboard to change from her romper outfit

A couple things

- It's summer - on almost any flight you will see at least a couple of women wearing one of those

- Out of the rompers I've seen people wearing hers is actually far less revealing - the shorts go down further than many and hardly any cleavage is showing.

What American thinks Brazil is dangerous? Was there in April. Wondered all around Rio and São Paulo without a care in the world. Drove down the coast similarly care free. Any 737 is always boring. Almost takes the fun right out of flying. It’s the Toyota Corolla if commercial planes. Of course I’ll take it over an RJ but I can usually avoid those anyway. For widebodies the 787 is my least favorite. Usually in a cramped layout, FAs can control your window experience, ...

We should all keep in mind that new gates from southwest at A can fit up to a 757 and one of the gates fits up to a 764 without blocking anything so there shouldn’t be much issue opening up a couple more 767 destinations and plenty of 757 destinations.
