I can't tell who owns the IX center?? Privately owned, no? Or is it city owned and privately managed? To my naked, untrained eye, a google earth view suggests plenty of room for a new terminal at the IX Center sight. Relocating parking, the dumpy looking Sheraton, and more-- now that may be harder....
