I'm guessing 28R would be used for takeoffs and maybe landings, provided no aircraft would need that taxiway for repositioning? Looks like Allegiant 2.0. Lots of point-to-point flying and probably at about 3x weekly or 1x or 2x daily depending on the city pairs they serve. I wish them the best of luck.
