RE: Flybe Announces "Brand Re-positioning"

I find their use of 'New Economy' quite amusing as it is pretty much what 'old' economy was 6 or so years ago before they started charging for baggage and seat allocation at booking. Amongst my friends and colleagues they have a bad reputation for reliability with delays and cancellation. I don't kn...

New Carry-on Bag - Advice/suggestions Needed

Hi, I'm looking for a new carry-on bag as my 5 year old Samsonite Aveiro bag is on its last legs. I want something which will allow be to roll it or carry it with a shoulder strap(s). I also want some form of laptop storage so that I don't have to carry my laptop separately. Most of flying is either...

I know a guy through work who is called Alec Mycock, hard not to laugh when you hear that name.

Another one is Robert (Bob) Agg. (That might only work in Scots)

I also used to sail with a Dick Long. At least you can't complain about having a name like that.

Keep them coming

I suppose this is kind of similiar to NZ switch from SF340s to DH8-3s. IIRC the operating costs were similar for both aircraft but the DH8-3 obvious can offer more seats. Will certainly be interesting to see how this develops.
