No they’ll only use it when traffic gets to dense such as in the morning and afternoon.However this only applies to arrivals and not departures.

There should be 1 maybe 2 more routes to be announced next year for the last 2 I think unassigned 789s currently on order You are technically correct, but the most accurate answer to the question asked (MEL/BNE-DFW) is that they will not be launched unless Qantas orders more 787s and/or the Sunrise...

BA serves DFW/IAH/AUS and LH serves DFW/IAH/AUS, JL or ANA could serve TYO (JL serves DFW, ANA serves IAH) there is room for another nonstop to TYO especially with the 787, KL to AMS and TK could fly in out of the blue to IST....AUS is it's own market in between DFW and IAH and if there is a nonsto...

I doubt AUS will get service to India/Middle East Thinking about it, you're probably right. Even JFK/EWR-India is a bit of a trainwreck, the idea of DFW/IAH (which are already well served by EK and QR) getting direct flights to India let alone AUS is ludicrous. I don't know why I wrote such stupidi...

AMS/CDG have strong connections to BLR, and with Delta turning Austin into a focus city, it would dovetail well with the DL/KL/AF joint venture.
