Didn’t notice any extra capacity or equipment upgrades for tomorrow morning out of CLE , but did see there are 2 DL 752’s scheduled BKL-BOS early this morn ! Not sure what that’s about !

Hopefully EI makes a announcement, then maybe Jet blue or Frontier can bank some FL flts after its arrival to help loads ! I think Jet Blue and EI have a codeshare !

EI representatives have twice been to CLE , once a few months ago ( the day of the announced 320 NEO delay ) and then a few weeks ago ! Unfortunately some part of me still feels the best chance for a TATL is still someone like Air Serbia who has been growing and used to fly here ( Yugoslav ) to Belgrade , but that wouldn’t be a connection type service , mostly local !

Always wondered why they have such variety in CMH PIT IND CVG but CLE has had nothing but MD family to ATL for a while now. Must be a reason for it. On a more boring note, and absent any speculation-- unlike the Ireland chatter: Delta had a rough opening day to Boston yesterday, due to weather in New England all three flights were cancelled. United's last day on the route is Thursday, and no surprise, they will be flying some very empty planes ...

I’m also not a fan of Icelandair and tried to book a short week trip to GLA to find out it was over 1700$ , no thanks , I’ll pay 700$ less and stop over somewhere! CLE might be in a bad loop with this if bookings are low forcing FI to end service , it won’t look good to others in the potential TATL ...

Ultimate is working on getting money to add 3 cities from LUK every year for 5 years. Sounds like the first adds to come will be LUK-BNA and another daily flight to PDK. Should be interesting to see if they offer the BKL-LUK-PDX connection again, or possibly CLT/BNA. https://www.bizjournals.com/cin...

I do agree that the KEF market could be oversatured, but most were probably connections , I think it’s time for a TATL flt to a real mega hub , let’s face it , FI and WW only offer a fraction of connections compared to what LHR, AMS, CDG or FRA have !!!

Has me wondering , Delta did some major reductions at CAK shifting passengers to CLE ! Also seeing increasingly more mainline to DTW and MSP along with the SLC addition! We’ll see !

I wonder with AA new Flts to DBV from PHL will warrant a possible afternoon mainline flt or 2 , I know it’s a tourist town and not Zagreb but it’s still Croatia !

I have increasingly noticed more mainline on DTW-CLE in the form of 717s with a occasional early morn MD-90 !
