The Sheraton Addis is like any luxury American hotel transplanted into the middle of some of Addis' slums. I went there once during my stay to exchange money in the lobby, it was during the time Clinton was there to open an AIDS clinic and incidentally he had one of the private cottages reserved for...Jump to post
Dl757-Agreed, maybe my wording wasn't exactly correct but you clarified everything. I just meant to say that watching "Lance Chronicles" and speaking to different cyclists, its clear that Lance puts emphasis on the Tour more than anything else. So do Tyler and Jan, but it just seems that I always se...Jump to post
DL757- What I said is not an opinion--it is a well known fact that Lance indeed spends most of his season in preparation for the Tour. Not saying that other riders dont, but they intend to win other races. I was speaking on a general note when i said that--of course Hamilton and Ullrich train for th...Jump to post
Lance looks very strong this year but one has to realize that his team is completley built around him and willing to make every sacrifice just for him. Sure, other teams are built around their team leaders (Rabobank-Levi Leipheimer; Phonak-Tyler Hamilton; T-Mobile-Jan Ullrich, etc) but Lance is righ...Jump to post
Hey- i flew the L1011 a lot back in the days when Delta still had them-mainly transatlantic, I'm not sure which routes but we flew into Frankfurt alot. The one main characteristic that has stuck in my head about the aircraft was during startup, taxi, or at the gate, the engine on top of the aircraft...Jump to post
Hey- The Oriental Bangkok rocks. I stayed there this summer. The people (bellboys, concierege, reception) are the nicest i have met so far. You can eat at the Verandah, which they have music live every night and its on the banks of the Chao-Phraya. Also i got a suit made at Sartorial at the garden w...Jump to post
Hey, I was in Paris yesterday (8/15) and it was there, i think it was operating CDG-ATL, or CDG-CVG. Also the Spirit of Delta 767 was at Atlanta yesterday too.
Hey, I was just at lake Buena Vista, at the Marriot World Center Hotel. It was great. There was the greatest pool there and it is near all the theme parks. You can go to Kennedy Space Center, which is definetley worth it, or spend a day at the theme parks, and make sure you go to Islands of Adventur...Jump to post

Are you kidding me? This is quite possibly on of the craziest things i have ever heard. Of course theories and conspiracies are going to fly but this is just so damn stupid. Why would anyone, anyone, especially our President ever go through this crazy and horrible trouble to save himself. That is ri...Jump to post
