If the fa refused to fly, then the only course of action would be to deplane. Since there wouldn’t be an fa on board, you can’t have passengers on board. It is Skywest, and we don’t know there flight schedule. The pilots may have timed out due to the delay. Or may have gone to the flight office to s...

There is no “certified” range. There is a range stated that the plane can fly with a given load. Merely an indication. The plane has to dispatch with enough fuel to arrive at destination and with the reserve fuel for alternate and 45 mins holding. If it can do this by taking less pax or cargo then ...

Arrested, held for a few hours and released. No charges yet. If he is found to not exceed limits then I expect a full apology for releasing his name. I’m sure that would happen... carrying an empty bottle is not proof of anything, and smells are not anything but a step in discovery.

Let’s see, first, you need 6 crew, possibly 7 if third pilot. Second, substract about 450 nm for international reserves, then subtract about the same or more for westbound headwinds and high temp devs. Realistically, a 3800 nm plane. Plenty for DUB, SNN, LIS, MAD, KEF, OSL, but not BER, MUC, STR, N...
