how were the aircraft created? Are they taken from photographs or from drawings you found online? If so, then you'll need the permission of the photographer or artist who created it. If you've drawn the liveries yourself then you should be fine.

For each point that you claim is a safety issue, please give one example where it resulted in an accident in the last 10 years. Better yet, one that claimed a fatality. If you can't then it isn't a safety issue.

You all realize that this has been happening for years on the 757? Continental/United, American and Delta have been running three pilots on the 757 and been doing quite well. If anything the lower costs of the A321 will help, not hurt. I was just going to say this... United do it fairly frequently ...

There are still a lot of unserved routes following flybe's collapse. I can't help but feel there's room for a new entrant in to the market, perhaps even Stobart Air taking on some routes of their own outside of the Aer Lingus franchise agreement.
