Some 757s will probably be around for a long time, but others will get replaced by A321neo capacity (which will displace A321ceos from longer routes, which will in turn displace 757s from shot routes). Are these issues due to the South Carolina plant? Would this have occurred in Washington? With a jet that has been in production as long as the 787 you would think the production issues would be worked out by now. I know rework is very expensive. Has the 787 turned a profit yet.

There is a helicopter circling just over the tree tops on Long Island in the Islip Area south west of KISP. I checked flightaware and that helicopter is not shown on the real time map. It look very similar to the photo I’ve attached. Anyone can help me find out what this helicopter is doing?

There are around 24-26 763s being used for international service currently, down from 56 pre-pandemic. So why does it still feel like the 763 still dominates transatlantic out of ATL and JFK?
