Re: Indiana State Aviation Thread - 2019

I think it will dilute other G4 flights and wouldn't be surprised if at some point there is a frequency reduction to other Florida markets. This airport needs network service to non-Florida/leisure markets.

This was just posted to Facebook by SBN. Any thoughts as to where? Hopefully PHL, DCA or Denver!

Re: UA EWR-EZE Route Performance

American owns Argentina. I would never consider UA or DL. DL has issues all the time and with only 1 flight a day they have no wiggle room for any MX issues.

Re: Indiana aviation thread - 2018

I took the CLT -SBN flight on Monday evening. We landed at 1:00 am (hours late), not ideal. I have heard these flights have been late more often than not. The strange thing is that the flight starts at TYS-DFW-SBN-CLT-SBN Any issue earlier in the day affects everything. Business people will not put ...

Re: Hilton Head/Savannah Airports Thread - 2018

I flew out of HHH a couple of weeks ago. Love the airport and staff. I asked about what will happen and 3 agents at the counter all said service will be continued with an RJ They didn't say what kind and I honestly don't care. I just want AA to continue to serve the market. Hopefully they are right.

Or EXPs not living in SBN but travel to SBN regularly. I will never have to have to take United Limo again or rent a car from ORD.

Re: Indiana aviation thread - 2018

I totally agree with you 100%!!! Add CLT too and you have huge bank of morning flights to the Caribbean and Central America on AA. Another scheduled carrier is needed.

Re: Indiana Aviation: Part 16

Thank you! That is helpful. All my motivation is for selfish reasons of course (Ex. Plat) on AA. With that being said, I do think that with the addition of DFW or another East Coast market on a non SkyTeam or Star carrier would make for greater competition for more frequent flyers who are paying the...

Re: Indiana Aviation: Part 16

With all of this talk for so many years of how valuable SBN flyers are, when will AA finally pull the trigger? Perhaps they won't if they haven't. Many posts have said it is imminent (the oldest I saw was in 2012). This is a significant hole in their carrier roster. Additional G4 city pairs won't fi...
