AY's HEL-NRT route was inaugurated on 22 April 1983, only one flight per week with DC-10-30ER (N345HC).

IIRC, restaurant name was "Alaska Udon" in 80's. They don't exist anymore.
Japanese Udon chef opened Udon bar in 60's.
JAL's catering subsidiary took over the management in early 80's.
After ceased Japan-Europe Polar route in 90's, Korean company continued restaurant a few years.
