BLR, MAA, HYD and AMD are perfectly capable of serving UA's needs in the case of an emergency in BOM!! I actually don't think BOM will last much longer, especially without DEL. Now BOM is at least 5-6 hrs from the nearest UA destination (SIN), may be risky in case of an emergency. AFAIK the longest 787-10 flight planned will be UA's EWR-TLV. I believe this is not until late March, however. IIRC the 77W currently on this route will move to TLV-SFO. UA just posted its SP19 schedule changes. EWR-HKG will go 77W, and BCN, BRU, CDG, FRA, and surprisingly TLV will be operated on 78J.
