AA sent the 763 from ORD - LGA well into the 2010’s as recovery flights the day after a storm. I remember my then fiancé carrying her wedding dress on a 763 back in 2009. The gate agent blocked a middle seat for the dress to hang over.

With traffic down, the 102 seat A321T is an ideal airplane on JFK-LAX and JFK-SFO. Maybe temporarily classify the J seats as MCE. Using 757 or 767, if AA had kept them, would be more costly than the A321T. An A321T is only "ideal" when there are enough folks paying the full J and F fares ...

In addition to B6 Mint killing AS on FLL - LAX . AA has a subpar product on MIA -LAX and people are switching to B6. I think within another 2 years B6 will be up to 6x daily.

The worst thing Doug has done was cut perks for elites. EP’s got their Systemwides cut in half and you can never use them. No other major uses 500 mile stickers and charge to upgrade mid level elites.
