EIN has no service by any US airlines. More realistic, PMI is one of the busiest airports in Europe and no TATL service at all. Not on European and not on US airlines. I was surprised CPH has very little service on US airlines, only DL has a seasonal flight to JFK. AA and UA don't fly to CPH as well...

EIN has never seen regular 747s. In fact only 2 747s landed at EIN in all of it's existence. One was a football charter operated by SS, the other was Air Force One.

EIN doesn't have a railway station at the airport. We have a bus going to the railway station. Several times there have been plans for a railway line to the airport but nothing ever came of it.
