Very recently American has started stocking Narcan in the Inflight Medical Kit. Just this year, before we started carrying Narcan, I was working when we had a pax overdose. She was still unresponsive after we diverted and the EMTs took her.

Ripped off the door to the controls for the cargo door and the VHF antenna. Thankfully no other damage other than some scratching. Hopefully the driver is mostly okay.

Looks like N134AN and N135NN are both currently in DFW to get ETOPS mods to be converted from A321S to A321H. Interesting that they are growing this fleet.

Yes the only change is that there are no doors where 2L/R were, instead there is a single set of overwing exits.

Incorrect. The Oasis remodel to the classic A321s will bring them to 20F/170Y, the neo will be 20F/176Y.
