That’s truly horrific. Poor woman. Yet ultimately it seems that while she didn’t listen to the pilot, her husband, he should have turned the engine off before getting out of the plane. Perhaps regulations for private flights need to be tightened up and clearer education of users should be introduce...

Actually, I'm assuming that the Pulau Penang radar wasn't manned in real time. My assumption is that they didn't get anybody to the radar set until hours after the flight had gone out of range.
