wedgetail737: SAN-STS was announced back in 2012 and started that year. It’s been flying ever since and Alaska has done very well. It was slated to go 2x Pre-COVID as was SAN-BOS. Hopefully we’ll see STS 2x daily soon!

MAH4546: If that were the case then PSP wouldn’t have to be reopened like it is. Everyone is missing the point.... The government let the airline choose with schedule they wanted to base it off. BunkerF16: JetBlue has the choice- go based on summer 2019 schedules or winter 2020 ending February 29. JetBlue chose winter 2020. BZN had to return and PSP (which was winter only) had to return. So why wouldn’t HDN?

Sorry for the poor choice in wording. What I meant to say was if B6 doesn’t reopen HDN, could they loose out on the CARES Act money? It’s a requirement to reopen stations that they served prior to March 1 for the 2020 Winter season.

Can someone help clarify the final CARES Act? Rumor has it from credible people that B6 won’t reopen HDN. They offered 2x weekly to BOS and 2x weekly to FLL. I would think they’d be required to fly 1x weekly. What’s the recourse if HDN doesn’t reopen?

LAX-PAE is currently at 4x.... 1x is being dropped to fund PAE-PSP and another is being dropped to fund
d PAE-GEG. I’m guessing 4x LAX-PAE was too much capacity since they didn’t fund it from another city (SAN, SFO both have 2x).

Since you mentioned DCA going to all A321NEO, do you know anything about BOS? BOS-SFO/SAN and LAX are all still A320. BOS-SAN/SFO are most concerning as the A320 will constantly be tech stopping for fuel? Do you know if they’ll will switch to A321NEO or back to Boeing?

SANFAN: SAN-JFK and SAN-BOS are at 3x in September/ October with the added flight being a A320 those 2 months only. As of right now, they then end. I still see both of them loaded on the Jetblue app! However, it’s my understanding they intend to bring the 3rd SAN-BOS flight back on a A320 mid Januar...

Mlflyer12: it does when we rarely see a AS A321 in SAN, nonetheless operating a route that’s never seen it. Not to mention SAN-BOS has solely been Boeing for years until just under a month ago when it was switched to Airbus.

Right now there is nothing reduced... but what’s odd is the 2nd PAE-PHX hasn’t showed up nor has LAX reducing to 3x. I heard from a Tech Ops Supervisor in FLL once all the planes have been “restyled”, then they will go back to the Phase 1 A320s and install Phase 2.

No, the B737-900s are staying at 16F seats from what I’m aware of. F seats aren’t been removed- in fact I’m the Airbus more F are being installed!
