As long as russia is able to be paid for what it's selling, the sanctions are not sufficient. Europe depends on fossil fuels from Russia. No way can I see Russia continuing to supply without being paid. Iranian-style sanctions as a stick, Saddam-style "oil for food" as a carrot. For anyon...
