I don’t understand these posts. No airline would gain anything taking Hawaiian over. They’re practically a niche airline. The competition with Hawaiian is minimal and the cost far outweighs the advantages compared to other airline mergers such as UA/CO, DL/NW, WN/FL, HP/US/AA.Jump to post
The thing is is the cat was defined as an emotional support animal, which is covered under ADA. If the passenger with the cat was denied boarding could probably easily file a lawsuit under these terms if boarding was denied.Jump to post
