Re: The fastest sportscar on earth+ Petrol VS electric cars in terms of speed

For top speed here is the Bugatti Chiron at 490Km/h : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GMYpOit3t4Y They had to wait some years for the tires to be developed to reach the top speed of the car ! For the Aston Martin Valkyrie being road legal, I'll wait and see, what you're saying cpd about the exhaust...

Re: Thoughts on Gun Control

Gun sales have never been higher. You can forget about gun control. With the discussion over "defunding the police," regular people will need far more guns than they previously did. This has been hot topic at the garage lately. You can't really control people having guns anymore, many are...

Re: Popularity of Pickup Trucks in US Northeast Cities

My town consists of 80% pick -ups and I would say 60% of those are for contractors, business etc. Out of the 8 guys I work with 6 have trucks, they all hunt and have ATV's and Boats. I can't stand them, but when I need to get a set of patio stones I borrow one as I could not get 14 of them in my Ci...

Re: Popularity of Pickup Trucks in US Northeast Cities

They are actually very popular but they are used as street vehicles and not off road or towing 5th wheels. I just bought a F150 and put a tool box in the back and my friends can't understand why We had a Sonoma with a tool box and the Tacoma has a shell. I get it. If we need lumber or a chair or so...

Re: Best vacation you’ve ever been on?

It's Hawaii for me so at the moment. Best one week trip with off-road adventures/camping. It was forecasted to rain whole week so we installed additional fog lights for visibility and bakflip tonneau cover on the truck. Only had 2 days of rain and all sunny the next days, we enjoyed the scenery very...

I would suggest to start with a fleet of Airspeed Horsa's. This will keep your fuelbills low, and these planes are able to haul cargo as well as passengers.

This seems the best choice for more economical operation.

Re: Looking for a New Car

If it's a SUV you're looking for, there is only one: The Range Rover. Everything else is a poor substitute. I agree with that. Almost. Normally I do not like SUVs, but the new Range Rover Velar is a stunning car, the prettiest SUV ever. A X5 is a total bore against it. From the big German SUVs I li...

Re: China to order 300 Boeings

This is going to be huge for Boeing. Not necessarily. This is largely politics and the deals aren’t binding. Is very common on high level trade visits to China - Beijing has the habit of restating the same deals and passing them off as new deals. Basically they piled already existing and potential ...
