According to turisti.is , Tianjin Airlines is looking to open 3 weekly Wuhan–Helsinki–Reykjavík route next winter. Tianjin Airlines is part of HNA Group (as were Beijing Capital Airlines and Lucky Air), so I'm not surprised if this didn't become reality. If it did, Tianjin would be already 4th Chine...

According to turisti.is, Tianjin Airlines is looking to open 3 weekly Wuhan–Helsinki–Reykjavík route next winter. Tianjin Airlines is part of HNA Group (as were Beijing Capital Airlines and Lucky Air), so I'm not surprised if this didn't become reality.

As of September 2019, Boeing 787-8 will operate to Helsinki (HEL) under the flight numbers of QR302 and QR304, replacing A350-900.

The 14 weekly Airbus A330-200/300 service remain unchanged during the winter 2019/2020 season.

Finnair announced today the launch of Busan-service. The route will be operated from 30 March 2020 with Airbus A350 on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Thus, Finnair will fly 10x weekly to South Korea.

Now it's official: Finnair launches Busan-service on March 30, 2020. The route will be operated with Airbus A350 as I expected. Thus, Finnair will fly 10x weekly to South Korea.

Finland and China have agreed to increase the number of allowed weekly flights to Beijing from current 7 to 14 weekly. This is great news! Under the agreement, also a route to Central and Western China can be opened from Finland.

Check-in.dk says SAS' first A350 will be based at CPH and will be flying on routes to Beijing, Chicago, New York, Tokyo, Shanghai, Hong Kong and San Francisco.

What do you think about how the A350s will be distributed among SAS' hubs? I believe most of them will be based at CPH.

A321LR has a range of 7,400km, while A321XLR has 8,700km. With A321XLR, AY could fly to entire China, Japan, Korea, Thailand, India, Canada and almost to the entire USA. Finnair and Juneyao Air commence codeshare partnership on 28 June 2019. The agreement covers 8 destinations in China, including AY's and HO's flights between HEL and PVG, and 5 destinations in Finland.
