Re: Qatar Airways "Prepped and ready to land soon from Doha to a new gateway."

With the relationship between Alaska Airlines and Qatar Airways, could we see the latter launching direct flights to SEA?

Re: United Airlines "Evolution" to Globe Livery coming in April

Looks like the two planes feature less-prominent billboard titles. Is this a hint to what the new livery will look like? I might also rule-out a "Lufthansa-Style" tail design where the paint goes beyond the tail itself. I say that because in the renderings for those special liveries the ar...

Re: Horizon Air (QX) to Reveal Retro Livery on Q400

While I wait to see a report on exactly what the 'new' Q looks like, I wondered if this particular aircraft previously sported a special livery or was it the standard Q livery? Also, do we know if most of the school liveries are remaining or will some of those be lost if the aircraft happens to be ...

Horizon Air (QX) to Reveal Retro Livery on Q400

According to employees close to the matter, a Bombardier Dash 8 Q400 (N421QX) will roll out of the paintshop in Victorville, CA, wearing a special retro livery. Speculation among employees points to the “shredded tire” or “meatball” liveries as possible contenders, among others. It is said that the ...

Re: LH and SEA A333 starts today ( and YVR thoughts)

- United B739 to IAD replaced by B752 Minor correction-the B752 is actually going to EWR, not IAD, and they did this in W17/18 too so it isn't new. IAD is 2-3x A320/737, as it always has been. Going back to the main topic, this isn't the first time that SEA-FRA has seen the A333. LH's loads on SEA-...

Re: LH and SEA A333 starts today ( and YVR thoughts)

Re: Alaska Airlines starts repainting Airbus fleet

FlightRadar24 just reported that N848VA is indeed in full Alaska Airlines colors and has been in the paint shop since 9 Jan. Seems like a fast turn around in the paint shop, but we will see what it looks like when it lands in SFO at 11:07am PDT. https://twitter.com/flightradar24/status/9514680356548...
