Mexico-Cuba is a huge market both for VFR (not Visual Flight Rules, you know which VFR Im talking about lol) and for regular tourists....and some business too.

I saw on Wikipedia that at least Aeromexico doesnt have any flights from Mexico City to both Cuba or Puerto Rico..they barely have any services to the Spanish speaking Caribbean sans Connect's service to Santo Domingo...why?

What an awesome surprise! Certainly didn’t see this coming. Although to be fair, I would have thought if any Skyteam airline were to add DEN it would have been KL. Denver stays winning! I wonder if they’ll have some decent introductory fares? KLM flew to Denver back in the 90's...they beat Phoenix ...
