I think DL tried ATL-Havana before and it didn't work.. (or was it Miami-Havana? Im not sure) I wonder if DL can try JFK-Havana.
Also someone, Jet Blue perhaps, needs to step on the SJU-Havana route.
This will be interesting....
One more thing not to take to the airport!

One thing: If you ever want to try to see this plane on person at Marana..don't....I went to Marana once and the guards there welcome yo with machine guns! They then tell you to turn around. Outdated. No more guard(s) at the now-abandoned guard house at the entrance, different ownership (Pinal Coun...

Jump to postHi! With all the sad things going on in Ukraine and then the bombings of so many Antonov airlines aircraft I wonder, what do you guys expect for this airline in the future?
Thanks and God bless! And to those living in Ukraine, be safe and best of luck to you!

God bless!
Could it be a pilot suicide? And RIP to everyone.
Jump to postWow! I'd read about the incident but never seen a photo! Thanks dude!
Jump to postThey'd be up against US mainline and LCC airlines on all those destinations who may offer better products and services. At this point, the US LCCs almost are the de facto airlines for a lot of Caribbean islands. Many Dominican airports are served by international carriers so they have no incentive ...
Jump to postTBH at first when I saw the airline's name on this thread's title, I thought it was about a new Arabian airline!
I suspect some destinations could be: JFK, EWR, MIA, BOS, BDL, MCO, TPA, SJU, among a couple others. Ok, I'll give you a list of airlines that once operated at San Juan's SJU airport (whether the actual airline or a modern incarnation of it) and ask you: what are the chances this airline will return in the future? It will be interesting to hear your opinions! Aerolineas Argentinas- Air France- Baha...

Western never marketed itself as "Western Air", nor did any of their aircraft have a color scheme like this.
I've also heard that it's more economical, specially for startups without that much capital...
Jump to postHi! I just had a question formed about the great Western Airlines.... I found this on the internet: https://www.ebay.com/itm/255378783111?hash=item3b75c2fb87:g:Up4AAOSwNGBiBEzu Apart that the livery looks so darn similar to United's 1980s livery...was Western planning on A) buying Boeing 747s and B)...
Jump to postProbably just as Wikipedia says, Bulgaria Air's charter division....sort of like Air Cairo and Egypt Air, where Egypt Air is part owner of the former.
Jump to postOnly one thing to say for me: during my only foray into Hartsfield (and for that matter all of Georgia too) on April 29, 1990, I saw a Sabena Boeing 747 there! (as well as British Airways, Varig, El Al and Swissair!) Great day for spotting!
Jump to postEl Al has a similar system (if not the same actually)...If it wasn't so expensive, I would love to see more airlines add this to their airplanes...airlines from countries at war, for example...

Also no connections to Mexico, not even cargo. You'd think with El Paso's strong connections to that country, including businesses and humans, at least a commuter flight to Monterrey would exist.
Of course, you can easily drive to Juarez for any connections inwards to further Mexico...

Because Delta doesn't chase low yielding traffic. They cannot get the yields they want charging ME3 fares to compete.
