Wanting to finally go paperless after 5 years of flying commercially.

VFR/IFR charts

Can anyone help me? I am looking for VFR and / or IFR charts covering Cyprus, Israel, Jordan and Egypt.
They don't have to be up to date - just to give an overview of where the major airports / Navaids are located.

I used to have some old 1:5mill charts of the area - but they have been thrown out.
