Re: WW ending STL

This is definitely a huge set back for STL. I really feel terrible for the RouteDev team. This stings horribly. Will be very difficult to get another TATL to enter the STL market again. I think you are wrong. STL will see another carrier. One that actually can sustain their business with a viable a...

Re: STL air service discussion - 2018

I think now that WW is departing for whatever reason, we need to accept that this will likely do incredible damage to the future of STL TATL. I hate to be a pessimist as I am very bullish on St Louis, but it will be extremely difficult to convince a carrier to enter STL's market if WW claims it was ...

I think it depends really. All we really do know for certain is that there is a wildfire rumor of an August announcement, ample documentation preparing for significant customs upgrades, a section of concourse reopening.

STL has been quiet on today's news, which is unusual.

Me thinks STL will be getting CDG or AMS service on DL and that will be the big August announcement. It's never been said Southwest is leaving St. Louis. There shouldn't be any speculation of a major reduction in service. They've entrenched themselves in the market. The MCI discussion is not evident, or set in stone, but it does make sense. STL can only fit so much. For the next 5 years, they're f...
