Re US v East/Sout Africa - I think you you gave EI 10 aircraft of their choice and told them they need to start flying tomorrow so come up with a list of where they are going to fly, I think they would all be US bound, I’d say about 5 for new routes, 3 for extra frequencies and 2 to Manchester.

If 90s the actual demand level for double daily it makes it a very hard amount to right-size capacity for with what the only plausible operators have - its very unlikely that would become 180 for a single flight and a full 737 and its more than a double daily ATR72 can do either. 90 is probably mor...

The statement says it is moving 19 max aircraft out if Dublin but fails to mention 19 regular 738’s will replace them. If they weren’t that would be a close to 50% reduction.

We are supposed to fly on St Stephen's Day from LGW to DUB on a flight we rescheduled 5 times from Easter 2020. With 5 of us travelling we are looking at £350 or so in PCR tests we have to take on 23rd and pray we get these on 24th. All of us have been double vaccinated and get booster this weekend...

I wonder for the UK requirements, I know Ireland are exempt, if you are just doing a day trip - what happens? I assume you are meant to isolate until the day 2 PCR which you wouldn’t take so you need to isolate for your whole trip which would mean no point going?
