I wonder if anyone can offer a logical explanation of something for me. I notice that BA11 which leaves for Singapore at around 19.00 each night invariably departs and flies over Essex taking a fairly northerly route, compared with BA15 which leaves around 21.45 and invariably flies over Kent passin...

I'm not sure where people are seeing the message that they will get 7 days compensation. The letter clearly says that they will get their "entitlements on termination" within 7 days. Not for one minute suggesting that this is the right and proper way to do things but lets look at what they...

It will be a sad day and of course Qantas used to be an all 747 airline. My first ever flight was on VH-EBA - City of Canberra, in November 1973. London to Sydney via Rome, Bahrain and Singapore.
