Re: What is the future of LGW? What will it mean for the other hubs?

I travelled Gatwick to central London by train in January this year for £5.60 in about 32 minutes. What is the issue with that? The number of comments I read on this site about the issues/time/cost of getting from Gatwick into London really puzzles me. Do the people who make these posts know what th...

TK had 3 flights most days between Lgw and Ist, both airports. They also had a daily flight Lgw to Ayt. They now have transferred one of the flights, Lgw to Saw from Lgw to Stn, being flown by Anadolujet. The slots for this flight seem to have been transferred to the Ayt flight. A new service to Dlm...

You know what, I personally would be happy to take that risk------------vs a carrier that collects APD, that should have paid it over to HMRC, taxpayers money at that point, but decides to keep it. For how long has this practice being going on?

As is normal now in much of western society, it is perfectly acceptable to offend the majority but you cannot offend some tiny minority. Re: MOL warns of UK base closures and cuts in the coming week's

Most of the cuts seem to be EU routes, not affected by Brexit. I think FR has several issues and are running out of options. Cutting routes, closing bases, walking over staff, treating pax with complete disregard. Finally it is all coming home to roost. And I know they are profitable, there has been...

Izmir is the best airport for the resort of Kusadasi. A lot of Irish citizens bought apartments there during the property boom. The Dublin- Izmir route serves that market plus the wider region e.g Didim/Altinkum.

Probably not as many as Lhr would like us believe. It's all part of the propaganda being fought out over the 3rd runway. Maybe I have got this wrong. In past times, has none of the big American carriers never lost money, been in Chapter 11? Has a large UK carrier never lost lots of money in the past? They survived, why wouldn't Norwegian? Or is there just a lot of people want them to go under?
