N101HQ just arrived here at PIT tonight from PHL, the aircraft that was operating AA4599. Didn’t go above 8,050ft on the ferry flight and went straight to Republic’s hangar.

I almost never slide the whites below -10 and the only time I ever have to is from harsh lighting. -10 does the trick over 95% of the time.

Also, from personal experience, getting the shadows beyond +45 usually leads to a drop-off in overall quality of the image.

PEMCO does a lot of mod work at TPA. Sounds like it’s going to be outfitted for a new owner.

My last trip to TPA, I saw a former BA B734 parked out by one of their hangars.

I would expand the crop to try and fit the rest of the wingtips in if that's possible. If not, then I would crop towards the left engine and right horizontal stabilizer while keeping the nose and the whole tail in-frame.

One thing to note on BOS-LAX. B6/DL/UA were all running lie flat aircraft during Q1 and AA was not, so it wasn't terrible number, but still not good. Would be interesting to see how the incorporation of A321T did in Q2. I'm struggling to figure out what AS can do to turn around transcon performance...

For the first photo, if you crop closer to the top of the tail logo and to the engine on the right side of the frame (aspect ratio would remain the same), that crop would be passable as well.
