Well MAD's A350 flights aren't even on sale yet so obviously theres a delay in the delivery. In addition the rumor about BA receiving the A350 on July 25th has gone quiet. Why 'obviously'? First customer acceptance flight was yesterday. BA will most likely keep the aircraft listed as A321, then not...

They are but still listed as an A321. XWBA is still due around 1pm on the 26th.
