I just flew from LED to MXP on Rossiya (Aeroflot) on a totally uneventful flight and upon landing, the largely Russian passengers broke into applause. I've had this happen on flight to/from Latin America as well, but usually when the flight has been a little more challenging.

It is the largest city in area/size, but that's only because a lot of Duval County, where Jacksonville is located, is vacant land. Vacant land does not make for airline passengers.
