With QR adding at least 7 destinations (blockading countries) and possible many frequencies to these destinations, will QR un-retire some of the grounded planes and rehire some of the redundant staff? DOH is about to get very busy, even with the pandemic.

Considering the pandemic, and that Qatar seemed to cancel Cardiff at least temporarily I doubt any new UK destinations will be served until the market somewhat recovers. But if they do, the A321 will be the perfect aircraft for it.

The A321 is too big an aircraft for many a QR market especially during winter season when passenger loads fall considerably..In the Balkan regions QR flights have 50-70pax on a A320,which is configured in a very spacious layout compared to the 174-180 eurostandard..Imagine on A321..I can understand...

Abu Dhabi Airport twitter confirmed an incident has occurred; however the UAE government denied the drone attack. Flights were delayed upon landing though, Im not sure if thats normal or as a precautionary measure.
