Does QR have their own local staff or they use a contractor? This can make a difference. But yes, with the right number of staff and no adverse conditions it can be done. Cleaners and stuff will be contracted. Staff doing the actual check-in will be contracted, while the QR agents actually employed...

Aer Lingus aircraft and crews don’t night stop around Europe - except for LHR, SNN, BFS and some crews that are DUB based stop at ORK sometimes. Those days are of European nights stops for EI crew are gone.
