Seasonal MSP-FCO on DL was a flop just a few years ago; I’m not sure why a carrier with higher costs would work now. As MAH4546 said, demand is highly concentrated and the pickings in the US are slim.

114 PDEW is really, really small — RDU, AUS, etc. pull roughly double that, for example. Probably 20+ airports rank ahead of SLC... even CVG. I really don't get the obsession with getting a flight to MAN. There isn't even a nonstop to Chicago - and that flight would have a partner on both ends. Manchester just isn't that large of a market.

With the announcement of Columbus starting next year, the next three are Miami, Buffalo and Lihue last I looked. Miami comes and goes. I wouldn’t expect to see the other two any time soon.

It is frustrating because you are backtracking connecting at AMS/CDG, or especially ATL. Most DTW-AMS flights fly over a portion of the UK en route. I actually proposed to my (now ex) on a plane several years back. The entire plane and staff loved it, gave us a bottle of wine and wanted to pose for pictures with us after the flight. The captain even commented on the PA that in his 25 years of flying that he had never had it happen.

56 PDEW, and it's VERY seasonal....usually in the 70s during the summer, and dipping down in the 20s during the winter. I wouldn't expect a BUF-SLC route any time soon - I think CMH is the last major add out east for SLC for a while.
