Flying out of Terminal E tonight, there’s 4-5 private planes parked or waiting on 15R/33L across from Terminal E. Would anyone happen to know why and if this is a regular occurrence?
Takeoffs and arrivals are using 4R/22L and 9/27.

Jump to postThe Delta bus leaves from gate 11 in terminal A for terminal E airside. Boarding passes are checked to assure that people on the bus have bona fide connections in E. That's a great development. Will also take off an albeit small part of the strain on E security. Maybe at some point Massport or AA/U...
Jump to postAlso, seems like PLAY, the WOWair reincarnation is planning to launch flights to BOS from KEF.
Will have to wait and see if this actually comes to fruition.

Jump to postFGITD, how has Eastern Airlines been in its operations from Boston?
Does their website show twice-weekly flights from Boston to Belo Horizonte(CNF), Brazil beginning in March?
However, I don't know if these flights will get off the ground.

From enilria's weekly OAG thread. Interesting, 2D is Eastern Airlines.
I wonder what they're going to use for the route, or even if it will occur?
I have a scheduled LH flight to MUC on 6/8, LH hasn't sent anything of a cancellation yet.

Jump to postI cannot speak for how the Coronavirus epidemic is affecting international flights but in the last few weeks, I've been on BOS-PHL(x2), PHL-BOS, IND-BOS on AA and DL. I was surprised that despite all the concerns with the virus, the flights were still completely full.

If this does occur, would be quite the shakeup in terms of Asian routes from BOS. Hopefully, if the company does disappear, which I really hope it doesn't, another Chinese airline will step in. The market is definitely proven at this point.
I would love to see them return to BOS eventually.

Jump to postI did not expect G4's entrance. They seem to be the new WN, going from smaller secondary airports, and entering the major airports. Cool to see the new connections to the new cities. Jump to postA few things to say here.. 1). I’ve followed the BOS thread for a few years now and I can’t help but notice whenever you post it’s always something critical or negative about BOS. Honestly, the Delta hub at BOS is a secondary, even tertiary Transatlantic station/focus city for Delta. BOS is much more focused on O+D and connecting markets with an O+D presence in BOS. For instance the purpose of the BOS-AMS is to get Boston passengers either A) to AMS or B) to KLM flights. The...
