737 MAXs will still be delivered even though they can't fly? I heard two are being delivered in July.

If AA launches a third Athens, it would be from JFK.

PHL, ORD and JFK.

DFW - ATH would never happen in my opinion.

Qantas and AA will own the US - Australia market.

With that behind, AA should now focus on their relationship with China Southern and LATAM.

They should also figure out how to make their JV with Japan Airlines more profitable.

In many of the cities they call focus cities or even hubs other legacy airlines are bigger than them and they don't consider them anything.

American and United would never call such tiny operations hubs and focus cities. It is laughable.

The Delta pilots are so lucky. With so many other Delta groups not unionized, they get to negotiate the whole pie when it is time for a new contract. I feel bad for Delta flight attendants. One day I hope they will realize how much they lose without a union. Every little detail makes a huge differen...

AA has a real problem. You can tell being on board. They want premium prices but offer the experience of a ULCC. Fly on an Oasis plane and tell me it doesn't feel just like Spirit. The first class seats are WAY worse than the older big front seats on spirit and certainly no better then the newer on...

In a way DL does play a bit of bait and switch. They put in shinny new AVOD while adding more seats to their a/c and give out better snacks. Maybe if the pax is engrossed in a library of movies they don't realize they are cramped to hell and well "I might as well fly one of those budget airlin...

What do you mean "bring back"? The title is completely wrong.

They haven't removed screens from any narrow body plane yet.

All the 737s that have been retrofitted didn't have individual screens in the first place. Only the ones coming down the ceiling to play the movie or safety video.

The only way Alaska can survive against global airlines like Delta, United and American is to become part of a legacy airline.

JVs do not necessarily result to less flying for US airlines. Most of the times they result to more.

AA has a JV with Iberia but still owns Spain.

AA has a JV with BA and completely owns LHR.

And those are without even counting British Airways and Iberia flying.
