I don't think they are right now. They seem to have a pretty good deal with WJ which provides them with enouigh capacity.

Transat used to fly 727's and 757's for awhile but alot has changed since then so who knows.

I can only speculate... 1.Some of their 727's were going in for mtx checks, where more often than not, a/c are repainted due to the a/c being out of service anyway. 2. It cost's more to paint an L1011 than a 727. When was the last L1011 flown for <acronym title="Delta Air Lines (USA)">DL</acronym>?
